Class: P90X Live
Days: Monday & Wednesday
Time: 6pm – 7pm
Location: Milliken Athletic Complex

Class: Insanity Live
Days: Tuesday & Thursday
Time: 7:15pm – 8:15pm
Location: Milliken Athletic Complex
